Elastic strap with magnetic connection.
Our patented adjustable elastic strap system allows for quick and easy attachment.
Pro was developed for competition-focused freeskiing, with a magnetic connection designed to keep the pole with your hand during grabs. You don't have to compete to choose it. When locked in, the pole will stay in the palm of your hand even if you open your hand to adjust goggles, gear or grab something.
The major difference is that the Park only locks in at the top of the handle, while the Pro also locks in at the bottom.
All of our handles work on all our our different poles. You can mix, match or swap between all our models.
Pitch features an adjustable shaft, a larger ergonomic handle and a traditional strap. It was developed for riders who wanted a different setup from Pro and Park. And for them to be able to swap the strap attachment based on the type of riding they are doing. For the "under" setting you have a traditional setup. And for the "over" setting you the handle sits closer to your thumb and index finger, so it stays closer while grabbing.
It's simple. The adjustable elastic strap system with the MagCapr automatically clicks onto the top of the pole handle and sits like a bracelet on your hand. To break the connection you simply pull upwards to release the strap from the handle. This is also how the emergency release system works. If the pole is pulled backwards the magnetic connection allows the strap to release from the handle.
For the Pro pole there is a second magnetic system. The MagKey locks into the bottom of the handle for a second connection. Locks your hand in position together with the adjustable strap. You can adjust the tightness with the adjustable strap. To unlock the MagKey you simply place the top of the other handle underneath the bottom of the handle. Introducing the magnet in this way unlocks the MagKeyr. You can ride with the Pro pole with or without the MagKey in a locked position.
The connection is designed to separate when sufficient force is applied. The release mechanism is a design feature, not a guarantee against injury.
Yes. The modular system allows compatible components, including handles, shafts and straps, to be replaced independently. You can change your setup without replacing the entire pole.
Choose approximately the same length you normally ski with. Your preferred length depends on your height, skiing style and personal preference. A good metric is a little lower than a 90 degree angle in the elbow with the pole planted in the snow.
GRABS uses strong magnets. Keep the magnetic components away from medical devices and other equipment that may be affected by magnetic fields. legg inn kredittkort.
